Rite Aid wants to our seniors to get in tip-top shape this year and they're getting a little help from one of the fitness communities' most well known faces. Denise Austin is dedicated to getting men and women over the age of 65 years old in the best shape of their lives.
Denise has been traveling across the country with Rite Aid to promote their new Wellness65+ program. Seniors are encouraged to sign up at their local Rite Aid, and start getting tips and ideas on the best ways to stay in shape during their golden years. Denise stopped by to show us some moves with her Forever Fit products sold exclusively at Rite Aid, and discussed more about Rite Aid's wellness65+ tour with our host, Rafael.
