WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Fitness icon Denise Austin appeared with her daughter on WUSA9 on Monday.
She
talked about her new online health and fitness program. Denise Austin's
10 Week, 360° Plan comes out in January -- just in time for your New
Year's resolution to get in better shape.
The
program was designed for people of all ages and athletic abilities,
we're told. It also includes a variety of 30-minute workout videos,
motivational videos, a fun mother-daughter dance workout with Austin and
her daughter Katie, recipes, a social element with users helping each
other and tracking their friends' progress.
