First off, I apologize to those of  you who cherish the 80s fitness era — loud workout tights, high-hipped leotards, legwarmers, Reebok Freestyles, puffy headbands, side ponytails and/or BIG hair, and blue eye shadow — but that was some scary stuff, y’all!
